A short drive will bring you to the Kerr Lake State Recreation Area to enjoy sailing, fishing, water skiing and hiking. This 50,000-acre, man-made lake is a haven for water sports enthusiasts and landlubbers alike. More than 800 miles of wooded shoreline provide access to a variety of fun-filled activities on the lake.
